Just a 2-minute walk from Flynns Beach, these spacious villas each offer free Wi-Fi, a balcony with private BBQ, and a lock-up garage. There is a heated pool and a patio with private BBQ facilities. the location of this property is fantastic. Within walking distance to Flynns Beach and driving distance to everything in Port Macquarie. It is a good size with a large kitchen, dining room, living room and a very comfortable king bed. The shower is lovely. We have stayed here several times and always request the same room as we love to sit in bed and look out to the creek/forest area out the back. Our request has always been granted.

An easy walk along the picturesque waterfront to local shops, cafes, restaurants, pub, club & Nelson Bay Ferry. The most luxurious accommodation in Tea Gardens for total rest & relaxation. Drew & Kerrie are very friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable hosts.

The garden around the house is beautiful and peaceful and breakfast on the patio was lovely. The room itself was perfectly decorated and has everything you could need inc tea and coffee and small fridge. we were really comfortable. It was only a very short walk to restaurants for dinner which was great.
