When we arrived, Steven helped us to plan our activities in Zhangjiajie, which is great, as you have a true local giving you the information of what is worth to see, and how long it takes to see it. This is something we haven't experienced anywhere before, and it really made our trip feel very personalized, and well planned. He also suggested some restaurants for us to try, and we would never have found them by ourselves. The food there was delicious! Everything in the city is close to the hotel, and accessible with DiDi, so you are never far away from anything, and if you have any problems with DiDi, Steven can help with booking them for your trips to the attractions. The breakfast dumplings and meat pancakes were also delicious. The atmosphere and the overall feel of the hotel is very friendly and homey, and it is not as official and soulless as the big hotel chains. All in all, I would say that we will never forget the experience we had in Zhangjiajie, not only because of the gorgeous scenery, but also because of our amazing host Steven and this hotel.

We asked so many questions about different activities and getting to places and they always gave detailed information. We were given two separate rooms because there was a problem with what we booked and they let us check in very early with no hassle. The Nvue Resort was the best choice for our stay at the Zhangjiajie National Park. Ming and his colleague were so awesome!!!! I never experienced and employee that is so engaged and is providing such a good service. We wanted to find a hotel in a natural setting, away from the noisy tourist area but still close to the park entrance. This hotel is only 10 min from the Middle entrance so after we booked the room, the manager, Ming, messaged us to arrange to pick us up at this entrance. As English speaking travelers, it can be difficult to travel to remote locations so this was quite convenient for us. The hotel is located just a 5 minute walk from one of the other entrances which made it easy to visit the park. We loved the quiet location, close to a small village where we could watch the farmers harvest their crops. Many staff members spoke excellent English and each one of them worked hard to make sure our needs were met. They can help you book the tickets for attractions and arrange transportations to give you a easy and smooth trip. They also so patient to help you arrange tour plan according to your time,so sweet. The hotel restaurant had a good variety of menu options which were delicious and plentiful,We really enjoy the coffee here and bread and fruit, omelte and so on. I want to thank Ming, for making our stay with you so enjoyable!

Near the West gate entrance. Thankfully that Lucas mentioned to us about the distance to the West gate. Our guide wanted to enter the East gate, which was an hour drive. We could use the washing machine (detergent incl) and hang the clothes of a dry rack. Paid extra for dinner and breakfast, the food were delicious. The room was spacious and clean just like the pictures.

We stayed at All Seasons Lodge with 2 families for 3 nights for our visits to the National Park and Canyon and we really recommend this hotel! All the staff (3) are super friendly and helpful. The frontdesk boy helped us planning the trip even before we arrive. He helped us buying tickets of the National Park, Canyon and Tianmen Mt and gave us advise which routes to take and also give us restaurant recommendations. He even helped me out of an argue with a bad caishier of a snack store nearby, forcing me to pay twice with my Alipay. He walked with us to the shop helped me clarify and finally get my money back! The hotel itself was comfortable and has everything you need (good bed, shower, toiletries, breakfast, washing machine, dryer).
