The location is beautiful. I love how it is close to nature. Very peaceful surrounding. And close proximity to the Zhangjiajie National Park. Service was first class. Rain & Frankie always responded promptly to our requests. They also helped with our tour plan and entrance tickets. Food was delicious and freshly prepared. We also enjoyed the tea tasting at the resort and the high quality flower tea available there.

Good location, close to the Tian men cable way station. Clean, comfortable and modern rooms with all the facilities.

The location couldn’t be better! 5 min walking to the entrance of the parc. In the cute city center with a nice night market. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff is really friendly, helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, everything was clean. Great location near the city center. A short bus ride to the Mao monument. There is a laundry room with a friendly attendant.

Had an excellent time during my stay. The rooms were very clean and modern. Staff is also friendly and helpful, as they provided me explanation on how to make my way through Tianmenshan and Zhangjiajie National Park (Avatar Mountains) and I was picked up and dropped of at the airport. They also provided delicious food. The location is ideal, as it’s close to both the airport and Tianmenshan. Would definitely stay here again.
