Clean and comfortable room, bathrooms cleaned multiple times daily, friendly staff who used translation apps to communicate. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but it is easy to get a didi car from straight outside. Location is OK close to a starbucks and an interesting place to walk around.
The hotel location is perfect and the metro station is just outside the door of hotel. The reception is friendly, The Sir Zheng 郑 Lobby manager help me and very professional and experience. The room is very big and the bed is comfort. The view from window is nice and foot distance to Huangpu River where night is wonderful scenery . The breakfast there are lots of choice and restaurant is beautiful and modern deco. I hope to stay Eton hotel again when I visit Shanghai.

Very well located chain hotel with a modern look for tourist purposes. Jing'an Park and Temple are within walking distance, as are subway stations and public rental bikes right outside the door. The set-back location means it is pleasantly quiet day and night. The rooms are practical and creatively designed. There are Western and Asian options for breakfast. The lobby also has a nice quality of stay.

The hotel is in a perfect location: in the middle of the city center (right on People's Square) which means excellent access to the metro station and the attractions nearby (Bund, East Nanjing Road, People's Sq). It also has a unique historical feel. The room was stylish, clean, and comfortable.
