Originally a wealthy sea captain’s mansion built in 1810, the Hotel Miranda is a fine example of characteristic local architecture. We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Miranda. The building, the patio, the breakfast, the staff were just perfect and made our stay at Hydra even better.

The hotel is in the traditional style, and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The exceptional breakfast is served on the terrace. Hilda & Lena are very kind and attentive. The hotel is close to the port, but in a very quiet location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Angelica Traditional Boutique Hotel se află într-o clădire istorică din centrul orăşelului Hydra şi oferă unităţi de cazare fermecătoare cu cadă spa sau duş cu jeturi şi o curte cu mini-piscină, cadă... The breakfast had great variety, and more than enough for the guests. The room was perfect for the two of us, and the soaps had a very pleasant feel and smell, unlike others I’ve experienced. I could’ve easily just stayed in, instead of exploring.

This was my fourth time visiting Hydra, and I can honestly say that Bratsera Hotel stands out as one of the best accommodations on the island. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The service was outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Our room was spacious, stylish, and incredibly clean, with all the little details that make a difference. The breakfast was delicious — fresh, generous, and served in a beautiful setting that made every morning feel like a treat. The location couldn’t be better: tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet, but only a short walk from the port and the main attractions. If you’re planning a trip to Hydra, don’t think twice — Bratsera is the place to stay. It made our experience truly unforgettable, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Within walking distance from Spilia Beach, Porta Del Mare is close to various cafés, restaurants and bars. We loved the owner and location. The room was amazing. We had such a wonderful stay in this amazing place.

Boasting magnificent views overlooking Hydra, the recently renovated Hotel Hydra is a turn-of-the-century building set in the heart of the island of Hydra. We fell in love with the island and this charming boutique hotel. The view from the bed in the Junior Suite was insanely beautiful. The staff, especially the hostesses, was very friendly and helpful (extra grateful for the recommendations and care of Dafni). The breakfast was fine! The mattresses are hard, we liked it, but it comes to preference.
