Only 8 min walk to the beach. Parking is good. Wifi is good. Room is very clean with a perfect view on the sea. Breakfast is good. Can't say nothing negative about the accomodation. The only thing I will recommend is to push for dinner at the check in. As the competition is very strong, offer us some good discount and for sure the we will take it.

Rooms are super comfy, with enormous bed, again a lot of space, beautiful view and fully equipped kitchen. What we liked most in Joel is true Croatian hospitality. In the background it is a family run hotel and you can feel it. And yes, there may be some tinniest details that could be improved, but nothing that could in any way jeopardize your perfect holiday :)

Breakfast was really good, many things to choose from they even had local specialties and homemade yogurt as well as homemade jam. The staff was always making sure nothing was missing. They were even giving recommendations where to go for dinner. You can also get beach towels free of charge.
