The rooms are super big and clean, they get cleaned twice a day and make sure that you have enough drinking water. They suprised with a small cake ,sang for me and decorated my bed on my birthday,that was amazing. The complimentary shuttle service to city centre was very much appreciated

The staff are amazing, all the time very attentive to the details:) they are not in very central location, but they have free shuttle who takes you to central ubud and brings you back when it’s needed. Breakfast were the best! Lots of choices :)
