The garden and pool area are magical. The pool was far bigger than we had thought. This hotel felt more like a retreat as it was so relaxing and peaceful. The rooms were very big and comfortable. The beds were huge and very comfy! The staff were the kindest, friendliest most helpful people I’ve ever met at any hotel. The wonderful couple who own the hotel clearly love their hotel and have put in so much care to make the experience so special. We could not be more grateful to them! The beach is a 5 minute walk. It’s a long beautiful beach, lovely and quiet. We had the most wonderful swims there. We were all very sad to leave and cannot wait to return to this heavenly place!

I stayed in a premium villa, which is really large and airy and has a veranda for watching the birds during the day or just relaxing. The pool area is so peaceful, surrounded by tropical flowers & plants. All the staff went out of their way to help with anything, they were very knowledgeable about all the wildlife, plants and spices. The food here is great too, if I had one small quibble, it’s that you always got way too much food. I would highly recommend Pepper Trail.

The serenity and peace of this place was wonderful with views of the lake and the trees. We had a great massage here as well and the food was exceptional. Perfect service, beautiful surroundings and a special end to our trip.
