Very nice view over the city, right in front of the Kagoshima Chuo Shinkansen station, overly respectful staff and very clean room. The bed was really soft and the pillows are the best. Toilet & Bathroom are separated and wide enough. Overall great quality/price.

Ours had an excellent view of Sakurajima. -Staffs speak English and are extremely helpful - they helped us with all our luggages. -Excellent onsen with lovely views of Sakurajima.

I didn't expect I'd love the sauna as much as I did, but it was perfect after a day of hiking. The location was great and very walkable to tons of restaurants and shops. We actually didn't interact with any staff upon arrival because of the QR check in, but it was really very easy. We booked this hotel even though we spent a lot of time hiking kaimondake and we're so glad we did!
