Room was very clean and modern. We loved the location close to Chinatown and the harbour with direct metro access. I was visiting a.conference at the Pacifico but the surroundings here have more history than there.

While rooms by European standard are a bit smaller they are larger than most of hotel rooms I have been to in 30 yeas of travelling to Japan. Breakfast is a bit pricy (3000 yen) but there are a lot of choices and the quality of the food, buffet, is excellent. The hotel is super clean, super efficient, the staff is outstanding and as mentioned before this is a clear recommendation.
