We got a top floor room from where the Yokohama Osanbashi pier was visible. The rooms were excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic and just beside the Nihan Odori metro station. Commuting to the Yokohama station was very easy. The breakfast was good. The rooms were big and spacious. The amenities were excellent. The residents lounge area and the gym were a great addition. Overall, very nice breakfast.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone that plans to visit Tokyo. The breakfasts were probably the best we had in Japan, exceeding some 5 stars hotels from international brands. One time we also took the lunch and it was delicious, although maybe a bit on the expensive side. The train station was just 2 minutes away, and we reached the major Tokyo attractions within <1 hour, and the beautiful harbor in Yokohama in just 30 minutes. Haneda airport was also easily accessible, with a direct train departing from a station within 10 minutes walk.

Super frumos hotelul, combina traditionalul cu modernul. Bufetul si de dimineata si cel de cina sunt delicioase. Camera cu onsen foarte mare si curata. O experiența deosebita. Hotelul este la 3 minute de mers de statia telegondolei si corabiei. Am fost doi adulti si un bebe de 16 luni, si el a primit kit de ingrijire cu papucei de copilasi si yukata de copii.

Better describe it as a 2 bedroom flat instead of a twin room (closing the sliding door of the tatami area turn it into a room). Staff is friendly. Good place to stay if travelling by car (good underground car park). Really love the place.

Staff are super helpful, from carrying luggages, to answering queries, and being super thoughtful for me for breakfast options when I said I can't have milk and staff give me alternatives. I was surprised to have 3 beds when there are 3 of us.
