The staff was very polite and apologized for the ticket thing, but that's ok! everyone makes mistakes. i don't know to write this here or not, but i got to the concert with the use of those tickets and it was the best moment of my life, so i associate your hotel with very positive emotions. Our apartment was clean, comfortable and reasonably sized for Tokyo. The kitchen area has a double induction hotplate unit , a microwave and an oven/grill. There was a washing machine with supplied (and replaced) detergent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Asakusa is a quiet part of Tokyo. Twenty minutes walk from Ueno Station and Ueno Park and Zoo (pandas!). About the same distance to the underground. We also walked to the Skytree. I would recommend this apartment hotel and would happily stay there again.
