The hotel is really nice, it has a modern design and a lobby full with cool sitting corners. There is also a heated outdoor pool and a sauna. The room itself was huge (in European standard), the beds were comfortable, and it had a nice good size balcony. The only "problem" was that they do not accept cash at the hotel restaurant.

The rooms are able to block the light which I appreciated. The shower had amazing pressure and amenities were appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We did not use the breakfast or the lounge facilities so I am not able to comment on it. The laundry was accessible and washing and drying of clothes was easy. English instructions would be a great idea for travelers.

The accommodation offers 4-star accommodation with a hot spring bath. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and felt brand new. The reception named Mei was incredibly friendly. The breakfast spread was superb with many varieties. One of the highlights was watching the fireworks from the rooftop pool area. The music performers were excellent, and the bar staff were just as great. The hotel's location in American Village was incredibly convenient, especially with a Lawson right next door for any quick needs.
