Massages are available. Everything wad really good. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel and the view from the room is fansastic. Breakfast was great as well.

Loved this fabulous hotel, very comfortable beds, rooms were very stylish and clean 😀 Buffet meals were varied and the food was excellent. Wish we'd had more time, but could only have two nights on our road trip.

We did not take the breakfast but we have dinner in the property, the location is not that difficult to find, it is situated in the housing area
Great location just a few minutes out of town and right near the nature center. Super friendly lady hostess. Provided coffee and toast free of charge. Comfiest bed and pillow we've had in Hokkaido.

The price-quality ratio is simply amazing. You could not wish for more for this price. The restaurant onsite is of top quality. The shared facilities are very clean and comfortable. Location very close to Shiretoko, also very convenient. I wish we stayed longer
Nice sea view from the large windows. Location is near to several eateries and provides a good base to visit Shiretoko National Park. Common area is nice and offers free coffee. Staff was extremely helpful and helped to carry the luggages to the room.

Everything - location is great, gorgeous sights of the shore and the sunset, room is nice, food is both high quality and inventive, and above all the family who owns and manages the place is very warm and friendly, and speaks good English. And the private, outdoor 'chartered' onsen was a delightful experience.
The staff was very friendly and prepared an exceptionally tasty dinner. The location is very convenient if you are planning to do the whale watching tour. The buildings are very new and clean. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We were wondering why Shiretoko Serai only has 1 star. We believe it deserves 3 or 4 stars 👍🏻
