Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice comfortable lounge with a gym and working area. Free breakfast for short stays. I think there was also free parking for short stays but I am not sure. Several restaurants nearby and close to bus stop.

It was in an amazing location, close to the subway/train station and surrounded by lots of cafes, convenience stores and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the view from the room was amazing. At one point we had a problem with the shower but they sent someone up within 5 minutes and it was fixed immediately, so that was very convenient for us. The swimming pool had both a pool and a hot spa type pool. It was really lovely, but very busy at the time we chose! Despite that we still enjoyed it a lot. They have nice spacious private showers you can use before and after swimming too. (In some hotels in korea the swimming pool showers are not so private!) The breakfast was really delicious, with a great range of western and korean options. I really loved the pancakes! It's a large hall with a lot of tables and chairs so despite being busy it was easy to get a table and sit down immediately. The staff speak both Korean and English and are very professional and kind. They were always ready to explain things and answer any questions. Loved my stay here and I would happily stay again in the future. Great hotel for couples, and also families!!

The staff was incredible. Receptionist Joseph Ji was very welcoming and extremely helpful in ensuring our stay with our 1 year old baby was comfortable. Even though we had only requested a crib for our baby, he kindly informed us that a bed guard and a portable baby tub were available. My wife and I were very happy to be able to give our baby a daily bath in the tub and I’m sure our baby was happy as well. The quality of the staff members at the hotel were exceptional. The room was very clean. The cleaning staff did a phenomenal job every day. Our stay was incredible. 120% satisfied and will return in the future.
