Room Service ( food ) was quick & well prepared although I thought the coleslaw could have been a bigger portion. staff were super attentive . I like that access to the hotel was controlled as the hotel is in close proximity to the (in)famous Walking Street. I likd that the quality of the hotel actually "caught me by surprise" and after many years traveling to the Phillpines I am sorry i did not find this GEM of an HOTEL sooner.

I have been working in hotels in europe for 10 years and this hotel is really very good. I also take taxis and other things for visits because it is cheaper and better. Modern and elegant rooms are fitted with a flat-screen cable TV and safety deposit box. A minibar and tea/coffee-making facilities are provided. En suite bathrooms come with shower facility and bath amenities. The room and the pool are superb. Room are decent in size especially the masters bedroom. The pool is good, it has a kiddie pool for my kids to enjoy the waters and it’s safe they have kids life vest which is important. We also enjoyed the food in Salt breakfast buffet. Food has many good choices and its clean and orderly.

Breakfast buffet was abundant! All the staff were helpful and friendly. From the security, concierge, reception, f&b staff, housekeeping and kichen department! Everyone has shown us wonderful experience during our stay.. I kindly asked for packed breakfast meals for 4 of us at the reception, since we were checking out super early. The kitchen staff delightly offered us 3 packs of breads and pastries and rice meal for me. Room service delivered it at the lobby before we checked out.
