Absolutely everything. The staff were excellent. Attention to detail for our birthday. Food superb. The female receptionist was so knowledgeable about this town. Wonderful hotel, the location is right in the old town, close to shops, restaurants and University. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The library decor throughout the hotel is amazing. The room spotlessly clean. Convenient pillows, nice towels, all the necessary amenities. Nice breakfast, coffee, tea and cakes with the view throughout a day was a nice and delicious surprise. Did not want to leave, would love to be back. Definitely recommended.

Situated in Manteigas, 16 km from Parque Natural Serra da Estrela, Vila Galé Collection Serra da Estrela features accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The location was beautiful with mountain views. All the staff was very helpful and exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was worth it- complete and varied. In overall, I enjoy my stay. Will definitely recommend!

The property was in a great location, close to everything and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. There was free parking beside the hotel.

In a quiet, safe neighborhood and yet very close and easy to get to the sanctuary. Room is clean and beds are comfortable. There is everything we need such as safety box, electric kettle. Breakfast is delicious and plenty of varieties. Dinner with good menu and delicious food. Server in the dining room is very pleasant, polite with good service. The setting and décor in the dining room is nice and pleasing. Will definitely go back to this hotel in future visits.

Pousada De Viseu is a grand 19th-century building in the city of Viseu. It offers spacious rooms, spa facilities, and outdoor swimming pools. De Viseu rooms have parquet floors and modern furnishings.... We really appreciated the upgrade. Very nice indeed.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel, especially enjoying the thermal pool – it was amazing! What stood out to us was the exceptional service, both by the pool and at the bar. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also had a toast for dinner one evening, and it was delicious! The price was very reasonable for such great quality. Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for relaxation and great service.
