The air conditioning actually works and this rarely happens during winter in hotels around Europe. Definitely this will be our only pick to stay whenever we are back in Lisbon.

This property did everything right. The room was clean, comfortable and filled with amenities. The location was across the street from a lookout site over the bay and a 10-15 minute walk in several directions will take you to a main tourist attraction. They made dinner reservations for me at a wonderful restaurant my first night there. They stored my luggage the day of checkout and arranged for transportation I to the airport. The staff were always cheerful and helpful.

Acest hotel de 4 stele oferă un serviciu de concierge și un birou de turism.... I loved so many things about our stay, I will start from the beginning, before even arriving they were helpful. We had a last minute additional person and they were able to accommodate us in a room that could fit 3 ppl. Upon arrival they were warm and genuinely friendly, they kept our luggage and advised us they will notify us via Whatsapp when the room was ready. The room was ready 1.5hr before typical check-in. They gave us suggestions on restaurants and things to do, they were also able to book the hop on hop off bus tour for us we were only there 2 days so this was best for us. Our Last night there, we got caught in an insane down pour of rain, our sneakers were soaked! Again they rescued us, as they were able to dry them for us!. My friend was celebrating her 40th birthday and they had a lovely card and delicious desserts waiting in the room, as well as a cheese platter and complimentary bottle of wine! Let's talk about the restaurant and bar, absolutely delicious!!! I will be dreaming of food and drinks for a while.
