Manager Mr. Sun and the rest of the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The food is good, environment is cosy. Pool, gym and other facilities are also good. Restaurant had a large menu with reasonable prices. Laundry service is also good. I recommend the whole experience.

Framed with ancient Thai sculptures, the luxurious Sawasdee Village boasts strong Arabian decor and exotic Thai artwork. This hotel has been one one of the best places I have stayed in my whoke life. It is full of little details that make you feel in heaven!!!!! The water fountains, the doors , the ornaments, the breakfast and the staff are just amazing!!! They really care about you as their guest and treat you like the only one !!!!

The hotel has an outdoor area with a pool, and in the ground floor there is a very good Italian restaurant. All the staff are kind and attentive. They quickly answered all my questions about the city and tours via WhatsApp before my arrival at the hotel. Something I liked was that the hotel always smelled nice, like perfume. It's a reasonable distance from the old town center. At check-out, they give you personalized tags with your initials to put on your suitcase, which I thought was very sweet!

Elite Atoll Serviced Apartments Phuket se află în Rawai Beach și pune la dispoziție cazare de 4 stele, cu balcon privat. It was a great experience, the apartment was big and comfortable and well equipped, the staff were very helpful and kind (like really really nice). We had a good experience and we are looking forward to our next stay.
