We arrived at this property during a tropical storm, driving up the mountainside in pouring rain. Despite the weather, we were greeted with a warm welcome and incredibly friendly staff. The room we booked exceeded our expectations — every detail was nearly perfect. We chose to stay in our room during and after the storm, enjoying the spacious, modern bathroom with high-quality fixtures. The balcony was expansive, offering sweeping mountainside views. The beds were very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. In the morning, we were treated to a thick sea of clouds drifting our way — an unexpected and beautiful sight for this time of year in Thailand. Breakfast was fresh, healthy, and satisfying. We left feeling very impressed and will definitely be back!

The tent was really comfortable. However, it rained very heavily so the security team moved us to a room which was even more comfortable. The shared toilets were super clean, with music playing, and the view was excellent. The staff also helped cook our bbq meat for us.

This is an exceptional place to stay in Khao Kho. The thing about Khao Kho is that so many places are by the main road which kills the experience but One and Only is located at a very quiet and peaceful place facing a spectacular valley. The owner and all the staff are service minded and made sure all our needs were met. We had a great breakfast with fresh avocados, generous salad and freshest desserts. They provide Thai style barbecue for reasonable prices for dinner too. The rooms are well maintained and the garden is taken good care. I would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful and restful stay.

The accomodations is very clean, the staff and especially the owners are very nice. The view is perfect and you can do a lot of activities. The owner took us in the other mountains with his ATV to show the nice view. They were very nice. The breakfast they prepared was simple but delicious and tasty food. We had a lot of fun.
