All. Very kind Ana Luisa who comes to bring the keys and to give you all the necessary suggestions for the island, she was always available for the whole period of stay. The apartment is clear, nice, comfortable and quiete. it resides on a street in the old city but at the same time it's quiete. The parking spaces in the area are all "in blue" and therefore for a fee but I have not found problems for parking space and the parking is not payment from 20p.m. at 9a.m. The apartment has one double room and two single room with two bathroom (one with a very spacious and nice shower). The kichen is spacious and provided by all the necessary. a special mention for the really comfortable shower and the very comfortable bed. I raccomand the apartment both for a couple and for a family (having two bathrooms is the best)!!

Cozy place to spend time with family. The beautiful garden can be seen from the terrace, an enclosed secure space for the kids. Good location, attentive and responsible host. The supermarket is nearby.

The apartment is very good - sparkling clean, equipped with everything you need, in a good location - quiet area, near supermarkets and the beach. View from the window to the pool and garden. But the most important thing was the parking space in the basement of the house! After the first part of the trip in the South of the island, where finding a parking space for a rental car was a real problem, here it was excellent! And lovely Noelia was definitely the sweetest and warmest landlady ever! Thank you so much, Noelia!

The photos reflect how lovely this place truly is. A beautiful little villa nestled in the hills above Las Palmas. Easy access to the major roads to the north & south of the island. The villa was spotless and had great WiFi. Using our Netflix account was a bonus too when relaxing in the evening. Lou is an exemplary host, so friendly and nothing is too much trouble - we chatted happily even with my limited Spanish and her ( better!) English. I would definitely recommend car hire as a necessity. Also the local restaurant is about a 7-8 minute walk along an unlit road so take a torch. The restaurant is highly recommended too.
