The apartment is located in a very nice & popular area. It's just steps away from a big mall, grocery/convenient stores, good restaurants, & beautiful parks. It's also just a short drive to the popular district 1 & 3 which are main tourist zones. The view of the apartment is amazing. You have beautiful views of Saigon river & the town from both bedrooms & the living room. I love to wake up & fall asleep looking at the spectacular views. It's the best feature of this home. The home is kept well clean & has nice decorations to make you feel like home. Nice pool to enjoy when it's hot too. The host is extremely nice & will show you around when checking you in. She's always available when you text her for questions or requests. We will definitely stay here again when visiting.

I been in this apartment from 23/04/2024 till 30/04/2024 .recently had a very disappointing experience at scenic valley , apartment that I cannot recommend to anyone. The service was extremely poor, starting with the lack of cleanliness. The room was dirty upon arrival, with visible stains on the carpet and bathroom fixtures that were not properly cleaned. Furthermore, the staff of scenic valley , apartment seemed to have a complete lack of communication skills. They were unresponsive to our requests and seemed disinterested in providing any assistance.the electricity was cut off for hours because the owner didn't pay the electricity bill.It was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone at the front desk, which made addressing any concerns or issues incredibly frustrating. The mention in there Ad there is big breakfast ..but that niber happened..they laid for everything. The overall level of service at this hotel was well below expectations. The staff's attitude towards guests was dismissive and unhelpful. It felt as though they were not interested in ensuring a pleasant stay for their guests. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your next stay. The lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and overall bad service make it an extremely unsatisfactory choice. Sami .. Australia 1/05/2924
