Open from winter 2017 / 2018 and located in Ehrwald in the Tyrol Region, 2.9 km from Tiroler Zugspitzbahn Cable Car, Mellow Mountain Hostel features a sauna a steambath and ski storage space. Thank you very much for the hospitality! Everything was absolutely great! The lady at the reception was very friendly, kind, and ready to help. I wanted to climb Zugspitze, but I wasn't sure about the weather conditions and whether it would be possible to ascend. She called everyone she could to help me with the climb. The hostel also has a nice and clean sauna (regular and hammam) at a very affordable price. Unfortunately, I didn't try the breakfast because I woke up very early and prepared my own food. Thank you very much once again, when I'm in Ehrwald again, I will definitely come back!

The view was spectacular. I loved the shared kitchen and dining room idea. We had take out one evening and shared the space with friends making their own dinner and it was so nice to feel community. If you don’t go shopping, there are plenty of items you can purchase there if you would like to make a meal and special containers in the fridge with the room numbers written so you could have your space. We were right next to the train station but don’t let that deter you! We were never awoken by the train and it was so convenient having it right there. Lovely time on our ski holiday and staff was superb.

Definitely get the breakfast, can be early to accommodate hiking plans. Location is fantastic, a short walk to bus stop and restaurants (kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped for cooking meals and there is a large supermarket nearby). Property is recently updated and spacious.

I would definitely like to come back!
