Perfect location, the building has amazing facilities (kids playground, multiple pools, gym, sauna), and the location is fantastic! Safe and quiet but still close to the city, a gorgeous seaside mall (PIK Avenue) and lots of food options. I highly recommend the sea view options! We were onto here for a short rest stop before our next flight to Bali but enjoyed our stay so much we are considering coming back to Jakarta a little early to explore the area more :)

Excellent value for money. Loved it. Big spacious hotel, ideal for recovering from a 14h flight. Large, spacious and clean rooms and a very generous breakfast buffet.

The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place is located in the Golden Triangle at Jalan Sudirman. The hotel offers free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, an outdoor pool and a restaurant. Staff , spcially at lounge area and also Customer Service Office Natasha who help us checked in , she was a wondersul lady who explain us all and gave us an comfortable check in , we were able to catch up on our dinner and were able to complete the booking formalities parallely

Surrounded by multinational corporate offices, embassies, luxury shopping malls, and stately residences, The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan offers a prime location within the Kuningan business... I booked not for me, but for my brother and his wife. Ritz went above and beyond on their service! They served them so much food.

Truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

For this price point doubt whether you would find anything better. Location easy transport options to national monument and old Dutch area. Reception staff and house staff all very professional friendly and helpful. Super clean including corridors lift etc. I was so lucky to be given a corner room. Non smoking floor Room spacious clean with the usual very comfortable ibis bed and linens. Loved the glass bottled water provided. So much better than the ubiquitous plastic with all the microplastics in the water. Stayed 4 nights and would stay again Very highly recommended

Staff all spoke brilliant English and we're very friendly. The room are quite big and the food at the roof top bar is top tier but it's a hotel on the more pricey side. But in Indonesia you really get what you pay for. I would stay again if I had the budget.
