Giri and her son were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to help me during my stay, including with recommendations for places to visit and driving me to a dinner destination when no Uber vehicle was picking up my request. The room was spacious and breakfast filling and delicious - the family even makes chutneys and jams from their own farm produce that you can sample at the breakfast. Impressed by the lift they have had installed for a small place.

The rooms were too good for the price, we were trying to figure out whats the catch - but there is none. Great roof terrace with awesome food. Most importantly you must meet the owner Janu. He can help you find things anything you want or need, organize extremely affordable leissure, great drivers for the whole day or even train tickets if you mess up like we did. Honestly I cant imagine better place to stay.

Housed in an 18th century palace in the village of Delwara, this heritage property features an outdoor pool, a spa and a business centre. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is provided. This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have have had the privilege of staying in. Exquisite blend of old palatial architecture and mid-century style decor and contemporary furnishings, coupled with lovely staff all of whom gave the strong impression they loved being there as much as we did. Nothing was too much trouble. Our bedroom suite was huge and extremely comfortable with stunning views over the Aravalli hills and surrounding countryside. Fabulous pool and the restaurant breakfasts and dinners were amazing. We particularly liked our tour of the hotel’s kitchen garden from which much of the fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices were organically grown. The two days we spent here were a perfectly peaceful break in our otherwise energetic month touring Rajasthan.

Housed in the eighty year old residence of Thakur Ratan Singh, Devi Bhawan features an outdoor swimming pool and offers rooms with beautiful views of lush greeneries. The property is located very close to the airport, and the staff is extremely cordial. They offer a good range of breakfast options, including eggs, poha, upma, and parathas. My room was very nice, and the entire property is covered in plants and trees — it feels like an oasis. I didn’t use the pool facilities, but they do have a fairly good-sized swimming pool.
