A little outside Fano which meant it was quiet, lots of parking & run by people who know exactly what makes a memorable stay. Excellent breakfast as well.

The location was perfect. Nestled in a beach town. Comfortable beds and great staff. The pool was stunning. Lovely toiletries and great shower. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh products and fruits. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The host was picking up from the train station, giving useful tips, helping in everything. The breakfast was amazing, they carefully took in account your wishes. Beautiful place and garden. Quiet, clean and cozy room.

It deserves a 10/10 for its proximity to the beach and city center, there is just 5 min walk, the appartment is new, well restored, kitchen has all appliances you can imagine to feel you like home, there is even a washing machine, patio for eating outside, no noise outside, close there is a free public parking.

The property is in a nice and quiet residential area, very close to a number of good restaurants and at walking distance from the beach of Marcelli. The beach of Numana can be reached by means of a free shuttle, but you can also choose to walk there as we diff (35 minutes). The house has a nice garden with a beautiful plum tree (and you can help yourself with the plums). The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The host is extremely nice and helpful. Overall, excellent value for money.
