This was our third year staying at Pension Clara.The hotel is in great location & short walk away from Swarovski Kristalwelten & the small town centre. Really appreciate on-site, safe parking. Clean accommodation and room with a good sized shower. The staff are friendly & helpful. Breakfast has been the best we've had on our road trip. Lots of choice and great that the fruit is all fresh & my partner said the scrambled eggs are the best he has had. We were given a tourist card and used it to take the bus to Innsbrook with no charge. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, the pool was heated and we had it mostly to ourselves. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and varied. The room was large and very comfortable with a balcony and rural views. Had the use of a common room as well as a games room. Most enjoyable. Enjoyed a lovely dinner both nights as well

Pension Gemshorn is situated in a picturesque village of Hainzenberg, in the heart of Tirol region. A sled track right next to the property can be enjoyed in the winter months.

As soon as we stepped foot in the hotel, we were amazed by the warmth and friendliness of the environment and staff. The location is absolutely beautiful, with mountain views all around the hotel. We arrived to the hotel quite late after travelling all day so even when the kitchen was about to close, the manager extended the kitchen times so we could have a family meal. The food was amazing, with a range of traditional dishes that me, my husband and kids all loved. Furthermore, the room was outstanding with a view of the mountains, clean and tidy environment and quite and relaxing surroundings. The manager was lovely to speak to and since we haven't been to Austria in over 10 years, we were a bit lost on what we could do, so the manager gave us recommendations of what there is to do in the area and overall really made sure our stay was extraordinary. I couldn't recommend this hotel more, I would definitely stay again!
