Very nice for an older facility. I prefer rooms with character. The room was large to European standards. Full bath tub. Generous full breakfast was served in the breakfast room.

I had to stay 3 days more in Frankfurt due to loss of Passport and all the money. Jonathan at the reception desk was awesome and so polite. He helped me in lot of situations. Allowed me to check-in earlier, was super polite and he was also courteous, he went into my situation and made my stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible. I can't fault this place. For the price, it was excellent. We needed a quick overnight stop as we were driving from London to Vienna, carrying a cat. It was easy to find from the motorway network. The staff were friendly and efficient, the food was very nice, both dinner and breakfast, the bedrooms were basic but they had comfortable beds and hot water in the showers. Exactly what we needed.
