They prepared us dinner one night which was great! The house is super cute and clean, love the view to the lake. The town is safe to walk I'm at night. Make sure to go to Bambu Grill. The hotel is in close proximity to Otavalo's traditional market, but far enough out of town to be quiet at night. Our hotel was the perfect place to come home to after our day in the market, and the staff even washed our laundry while we were away for a reasonable cost! For nature lovers, there's a beautiful waterfall just down the street from the hotel.
