The property was lovely! Very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect and within walking distance to great restaurants, pubs, shopping and attractions. Lovely front patio with beautiful flowers and plants. We had a wonderful breakfast each morning with lots of selection. Mandy and Dave were the perfect hosts. We highly recommend this property.

A really welcoming hotel with very helpful and friendly hosts. A comfortable room with lots of nice touches: complementary soft drinks, delicious biscuits and decaf tea bags on request. Beautifully presented breakfast in a lovely dining room. Great location, very close to the seafront and town centre, but just far enough away for it to be quiet and peaceful. Really appreciated the private car park, not offered by most other hotels in the area.

Very close to town centre but still quiet. The bedroom was more of a suite and was beautiful with double aspect. Everything was perfectly clean and very well presented, the bathroom was very modern. The breakfast was great and cooked by the owner who was incredibly helpful and friendly. My partner also got a birthday card waiting for her when we came downstairs on the day. A great Guest House with a great host.

The Epperstone was absolutely wonderful. Charming guesthouse - recently refurbished. Everything in perfect order. Really friendly host. we stayed for 8 nights and had the pleasure of starting the day with a delicious Full English breakfast. The location is also perfect - close to everything Llandudno has to offer, yet far enough to get a quiet night’s sleep. Would love to come back!
