Nice and quiet appartment with two gardens/terraces with beautiful view accross morano calabro. You have one appartment with a kitchen in it. Or two rooms with shared kitchen, nice for a family. We where there one week and had cleaning in the middle of the week. After some experience it is about 12 minutes to the lower part of the village, good training exercise with all steps and small roads. You have parking place at 30-60 second walk,a bit tight road but fine to do, als with larger estate car (especially if you have done multiple times). Morano calabro and Il pollino park are really great with friendly people. Tranquillo and mountains are very refreshing and perfect for summer hike (20-25 degrees l, while in the village it was arounnd the 30 but chilled down well at end of the Day.do not forget to cycle on bike path on old railway track, what a views (20km single way, being extended towards mormanno).

The house is in a quite place in the upper part of the town and has a big space inside. We liked it was fresh in the house which is an advantage for hot summer days. The owners were also nice and helpful to us and gave us good recommendations for eating places

No Towels - how does a place get put on Bookings and it does not give guests towels? I rent a place to stay at for night to be safe, dry, warm or cool depending on season, comfortable bed, toilet to do our normal human things and a shower so that I can be clean for the day of exploring. I'm not camping! in that situation I would expect to bring towels. How can a place not supply towel? The problem becomes when you book a place that is non cancelable and then they say - bring towels. OK I'm a Canadian in Italy - should I zip home and grab some towels???? Crazy - I'm still laughing - No Towels!!!!!

I stopped by as part of a longer bike trip across the region, and the quality of the facilities, staff, and breakfast far exceeded my expectations. Everyone went above and beyond when I asked for help, their hospitality is practiced in a way that feels thoughtful, holistic, and caring. A big shoutout to how well connected they are locally. They helped me connect with people and services throughout the village. Thanks to them, I was put in touch with an amazing bike mechanic. My favorite part, though? The delicious homemade cakes at breakfast! A fantastic spread: fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious!

The Location of the property its perfectly suited in the Historic Town of San Lorenzo Bellizzi with some Breathtaking Views and its also a walk distance to everything you need and parking's quite close to the house too which makes it easy to unload the car. The property has been very easy to find with the help of the very friendly Owner, she's explained everything we needed to know and she also very available in need of help with all the information. I would definitely recommend 100% and i would definitely be going back.
