Stayed here while stressed preparing for 10 day meditation course and the owner took care of me and my friend like we were her daughters. On site laundry, really comfortable beds, and excellent bathroom made me feel like I was at home and I could truly relax. Definitely stay here if you need a refuge from the craziness of Bangkok

New and very clean room. Good Aircon. Especially the WiFi worked exceptionally well, good for VoIP calls, Teams etc. The Air in the room smells fresh and clean. Very helpful and friendly hosts. The neighbourhood has lots of affordable little restaurants, streetfood and fruit sellers. Definitely recommending. Eat in the restaurant in the corner, the duck is delicious.

Excellent location, short walk to Bang Phai MRT or Bang Wa BTS stations. Food available all around the hotel, including great coffee and street food just outside in the mornings. A great area to explore on foot, 30 minute lovely quiet walk to Wat Paknam big Buddha and great walks around the nearby klongs and temples. Spotlessly clean accommodation which was spacious, comfortable and quiet. A great place to stay away from the crowds and excellent value for money.

Absolutely amazing hotel. First of all I would like note, that the room was extremely clean, very cozy and the bed are unbelievably comfortable. Hotel is located in very quiet area, far enough from the main roads, therefore no any disturbing, or noise, except of birds singing at the morning. Mister PJ and his wife are awesome persons, very intelligent, helpful and kind people. They are ready to assist 24/7. Both of them speak fluent English. This place just a hidden jem. I will definitely back here again. Strictly recommended. With warm regards.

The hosts are very nice people, we arrived at 6:45 am and they let us come to our room at 10 am, after it was clean, after 32 hours between flights it was very much appreciated. They were more than perfect, very helpful with our questions and their recommendations. At the end they gave us mango sticky rice and fruit while we waited for our ride. A good location to visit Wat Arun, the grand palace (you just cross the river, which only costs 4.5 bahts) and main locations in Bangkok, very calm and amazing room
