Just 7 minutes' walk from Hobart CBD (Central Business District), Astor Private Hotel offers rooms with antique furniture and access to free WiFi. If you want a bit of a trip back in time that matches the Hobart vibe then this is the place to stay. Tildy is very welcoming and goes out of her way to make sure everything is right. The Astor Grill on the ground floor is superb but very popular so it's probably best to book direct in advance. If you use the Skybus from the airport get off at Stop 4.

Richmond Barracks offers 3 self-contained cottages, located in a private garden setting, in the village of Richmond. The room is compact but perfectly adequate for two people. The winners here were the extra, thoughtful little touches that set this accommodation apart from most we have stayed in. Equally, no bargain priced appliances or fittings were to be found, only good quality throughout. Scrupulously clean and tidy, Just two minutes walk to the main street, it would be hard to find fault with Richmond Barracks (We were in "The Cellar" room - lovely!).

Guests at Explorers Lodge have access to a cosy guest lounge with fireplace, a sun room, sun deck and landscaped gardens to explore. Free WiFi is provided. Character home with lovely features and decor. Excellent breakfast.

What an amazing stay! Located in Battery Point, this accomodation was close to everything Hobart has to offer - Salamanca, the CBD, the Wharf. It was large, spacious, modern and clean. We particularly liked the comfortable bed, and the beautiful garden.

The Tasmanian Inn is located in Hobart, 800 m from Theatre Royal and less than 1km from the waterfront. Walk to Salamanca Market on Saturday in 20 minutes. A slightly unusual and very comfortably stay in a convivial atmosphere. I didn’t feel like staying in a conventional and uninteresting hotel so chose the Tasmanian Inn because it looked a little quirky. I had a fantastic stay!

Situated in Hobart, this holiday home is 900 metres from Hobart Convention And Entertainment Centre. The holiday home is 1.8 km from Hobart Cruise Terminal. Free private parking is available on site. Great location, off street parking. Possibly the cleanest accommodation in Hobart. And probably the best reno.
