The location of the B&B is lovely, a small quiet village on the lakeshore. The rooms are clean and well kept, our room had a lakeside view and it made for a beautiful wake up in the morning. They leave your keys in a little safe outside the building so you can arrive and check in by yourself at any hour, even at night, which is very handy. Breakfast was amazing, the owner served us at the table and offered us many kinds of homemade bread, they were extremely kind and welcoming, made us feel really well taken care of!

Beautiful and clean room with a great terrace. Homemade confiture that was served with breakfast from fruit grown on the property was the best I’ve ever had.

Situated in Cima and only 11 km from Exhibition Center Lugano, Room with a View features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The larger private terrace is three times the size of the room. The images don't do it justice. Great to sit outside and enjoy a meal. They have modest but sufficient silverware and plates to eat in. They provided us with free coffee you make. Good tasting water and the shower has high pressure. We bought groceries and ate in one night in our three night stay. Great view while eating at a table they had outside. We bought pastry from a nearby bakery and also some fresh fruit from a nearby fruit stand for breakfast. Three restaurants are within walking distance of five to ten minutes. We went to two of them. I went on a three mile round trip hike that the host suggested from the doorsteps of the property. The hosts were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Just ask.
