First of all I'd like to express my gratitude to Romina - Platan manager who was super-helpful. I had a number of requests related to my bike trip around Balaton and Romina helped me to sort them out. Platan itself is located in a party area, so the one who books is to be aware of that; earplugs might be helpful :-) Platan takes guests' security very seriously, so apart from the room key - you are to have a gate remote and a QR code to get there. The only thing I'd add - a hair dryer (if I remember that right there was no one in the bathroom) and a bath shelf to put shampoos, soap etc in the shower area.

At the guest house, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Everything was perfect. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. In addition, four apartments on the second floor have a very nice common space with big kitchen, TV zone and a terrace - very convenient. The check-in was absolutely smooth. Great value for money.
