Good location, detailed instructions by the host, room was perfect, clean, stylish. Really loved the bathroom layout. Easy to reach local bars and restaurants, also in the old town. Colle is enjoyable and a good starting point to visit other Tuscan gems - San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena... It was extremely hot during our stay, but the air condition handled it. Easy to recommend.

It looks like stepping into the pages of a fairy tale! High ceilings, beautifully decorated rooms, very comfortable beds, and overall just perfect! Thankful for their great hospitality, as well!

These apartments are located in the heart of Sam Gimignano, in a historic building dating back to the 1300s. Amazing property! The photos don’t do it justice. Historic building, high wood beam ceilings, but all updated to modern standards. All while staying down to earth. The host was extremely welcoming, flexible and nice :) Even some snacks and drinks available in the room at cost. A fantastic place in San Gimignano if you are looking for authentic over luxury - but still pretty luxurious!

With free WiFi throughout, Primettahouse is located in San Gimignano, 280 metres from the town walls. There is a garden, where guests can relax. Primetta and Mauro are the loveliest people who gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. Mauro provided us with guidebooks and gave us some tips on where to visit. The room was perfect and also the location. We felt very safe during our stay. They also gave us a small(actually big) parting gift.

The place has an awesome location,is on the Storic Centre,everything is so close,easy walking access. The room is big,comfortable and good style. The host is so kind! Highly recommended!
