The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and upgraded us to a bigger room for free. They've made it possible to stay an extra night even though we asked them 15 minutes before check out. The room itself was big and comfortable. The riad has a huge rooftop with a 360 view of Chaouene and the mountains, where you can take your delicious breakfast. All in all, it was an amazing stay!

Dar Zambra has a 24-hour reception, which can organise airport shuttles, with an additional cost. Akchour is 30 km from the guest house. Zabir was incredibly helpful. He guided me on how to get to the hotel and arranged wonderful accommodation for my first night when their hot water system failed. The next day, I fell ill and was upgraded to the most beautiful room. That afternoon, I was served delicious Moroccan harira soup, compliments of the hotel, to help me recover. When it was time to leave, Zabir’s brother kindly took me to the bus station free of charge. These people were amazing, and as a solo female traveler, I am truly grateful for their kindness and generosity.

It was very quaint and comfortable. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We were dropped off by a taxi in the vicinity of the accommodation, with the old Medina passageways we didn’t want to get lost. A staff member came to fetch us to guide us through & helped with our bags. Close to the harbour

The hotel was clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

At the guest house, all units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The building is very pretty and is also very close to where the taxi is stopping. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good and it had an omlete as well. It was one of our best stays in Morocco. We were there in December which is cold, but air conditioning was working very well to warm us. Terrace was spectacular.
