The owners Jenny and Doug are lovely, welcoming hosts and we had great communication with them before and during our stay. Breakfast offerings were plentiful and delicious. We also loved meeting their 2 very cute pups!

The signal box was everything we had hoped for and better. Peaceful and well appointed. Overlooking gardens and the River Whanganui. Chickens and ducks roam the garden. A lot of thought had gone into furnishing this place. I wish we had booked longer here.

Nice ground level apartment with plenty of room, comfortable bed and very clean. Carol was a great host and made sure we felt at home. Breakfast was continental with 3 different types of cereal and other amenities. We would detour out of our way to stay here again! Even got a spot in the garage for my rental car...can't beat that! Great value for the price.

This is a really well appointed self contained small apartment in a very quiet part of town. Parking is outside the property on the street but very convenient and safe. The villa has all facilities for cooking and we eat in the villa all 3 nights. With an excellent washer and dryer we wee able to wash clothes and dry outside on a drying rack - ample pegs provided. There is a small, elegant garden with a sitting area to enjoy the evening sunshine. All was very comfortable. Supermarkets were close. It was a 1.5 to 2 km walk into town, which we did not do. Cosy guest house se nachází v destinaci Feilding. Arena Manawatu se nachází 27 km odtud, RNZAF Base Ohakea 12 km a Feilding Livestock Centre 17 km. Fantastic area. Really nice and quiet. Some sheep right next to the house in an awesome garden. The house itself is very nicely done. Bit tight with the headroom in the bedroom, but shouldn't be a problem if you are a bit flexible. Everything looked really clean and new. Excellent choice!

The lodge is a prime example of how hospitality should be lived. Upon arrival, you receive a warm welcome – a personal touch and with a lovingly prepared aperitif. The hot tub is already heated and invites you to relax. All rooms are furnished with great attention to detail and provide a warm, inviting atmosphere. Added to this is the high standard of cleanliness – you feel at home from the very first moment. The beds are extremely comfortable; we slept wonderfully. The absolute highlight was the breakfast: individually prepared, fresh, plentiful, and simply delicious. A big thank you to Lois and Alan for your wonderful hospitality – we felt right at home and will definitely be back!

This accommodation is superb, immaculately clean, quiet, very comfortable in every way. It is in a beautiful country area, quiet and peaceful with an easy drive to Feilding or Palmerston North. We especially loved the Jack & Jill outside table and chairs to relax in the evenings. Can't speak highly enough of the accommodation, the lovely host and the extra treats. Would highly recommend.

I felt so looked after, whilst having my own private space, really appreciated the restful environment and considerate wee touches at their beautiful home.
