The place is in a wonderful location, up in the mountains but still near the sea and most of the beaches. The house is very cozy, quiet and well equipped. Giannis and his grandmother are very friendly and authentic. Giannis’ grandma is very sweet, she always prepared something to eat for breakfast and gave us fruits and vegetables. The bed is comfortable and there’s Netflix. Would 100% come back here and recommend to everyone who is searching for a quiet and relaxing place.

Very neat, tidy, cosy and clean traditional greek house with everything needed provided. Warm welcome from the host. Also biscuits, marmelade and coffee for the morning. We checked in earlier than settled but It was no problem.

Gerasimos and his son were very welcoming and friendly, they gave us many recommendations for places to see/eat. The location was very convenient for beaches and places to eat. The house, in and out had a really nice feel to it. We felt completely relaxed by the end of our stay. We would definitely recommend.

The property offers an oasis of tranquility only a short 20min drive away from Elafonissi beach. The roof terrace is a wonderful hangout spot to enjoy superb mountain views while cooled by a refreshing breeze. The house itself is in traditional style, very clean with every bit of equipment one would need. Niklas has been a kind and attentive host making our stay in western crete authentic and memorable.

The location Is amazing. We spent really great time in the nature, enjoying the view and the sound of the Wind. The room was accuratly clean, the garden well kept, and Maria has been so nice and kind with us. We highly reccommend It.

We had a wonderful stay in this little apartment in the hills of west crete. The communication with the owner Tassos was very quick and helpful, he was always reachable. Checking in was super easy, via a key in a box next to the door, and we also got a video beforehand, how to reach the place. It is pretty remote and very quiet, which we absolutely loved after the more hectic and touristic other places we visited, yet in 10-15 minutes by car you reach small villages with restaurants and supermarkets and different beaches. So the perfect location for us! The apartment itself is absolutely lovely. It is very clean, newly furnished and decorated in a very cute way with lots of small, beautiful details and you can see that someone put their heart into making this place homey. We were given a bottle of Raki and fresh fruit as a welcome present, were allowed to use their beach towels and beach umbrella and had soap and shampoo in the bathroom. You have two private terraces with tables for eating and sun beds for sunbathing (where no one around can see you!). The kitchen is simple but efficient, you have a toaster, kettle, coffe maker and fridge, so we had a cold breakfast every da and sometimes salads for lunch. No option for cooking though. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you want the perfect combination of a quiet stay in the mountains while still reach beaches in a short car ride! Well equipped apartment with external space and some food for gift at the arrival (marmelades, butter, cakes!). Very nice and kind host, helpful and friendly. Perfect position to discover west Crete!
