House equipped with A/C but you most probably will use it very rare, as the place is not so hot in evening time, but comfortable and cosy

What a beautiful place. If you are looking for your dream place on Corfu, you just found it here. We stayed for one week with the family and enjoyed every single moment. The house sits like a castle on top of a hill and offers a fantastic view to the Emones bay and the surrounding landscape. You can^t get enough of sitting on the balcony surrounded by butterflies sailing in the wind and watch the sea or clouds or landscape. We had some initial concerns about the location and were looking for something more close to Paleokastritsa but that turned out to be wrong. The location is just perfect, close to Corfu town and all surrounding small villages or beaches. You will fall in love with Emones beach since it is not as crowded as the 'high-end' beaches you will find in your travel guide and it is truly fantastic for snorkeling exercises (if you like). You will find all sorts of fishes in all colors and sizes - something we did not expect to find after all of our snorkeling tours around the world. The house is perfectly equipped, very stylish, modern, super clean, authentic and it feels like someone has spent a lot of time with time with love to place the interior. You will feel at home in just a minute and might not want to leave anymore. You will find small shops nearby and larger supermarkets on the way to Corfu town. We rent a boat in Paleokastritsa to visit the nicest beaches and realized too late you could do the same directly from Emones beach. We did this on the last day and found the nicest bays, beaches and clear water for snorkeling. Please dont do the same mistake and go directly to Emones beach. You find a nudist beach in close proximity if this is something that attracts you. The landlord gave us a super warm welcome on the day of arrival to hand over the keys. Thanks so much that we could stay the week in your house. We for sure will come back!!! We have seen many places around the world but this one made it right away to the top of the list.

The villas are very nice. The location is amazing here, as the view of the sunset over the Ermones Beach will leave you stunned every time. It's best if at least one member of your party is a driver, as the elevation and location is no mean feat for those (like me) who should come by cab/uber, since I otherwise had to rely on the old two feet for getting around (to the nearby beach, village, restaurants, etc). Even if I'm not the sporty type I don't regret for a second having chosen this property as the villa was clean, had everything you need for the modern lifestyle, and the host was super-forthcoming with our requests. I liked the idea of the bar where you have a well-stocked fridge and store facility, you take out what you need (beer/water, detergent pods, etc), write down what you used and only pay at the end - with super decent pricing too :) The swimming pools are shared among villas (this is a villa complex after all), but it's very well maintained, spotless clean and gives you that feeling of peace overall. A bonus: from the main terrace of the complex the view of the sky after sunset is amazing, as there is very little light pollution and you'll be able to see the stars and philosophize with your friends. Side note: the elevation will result in condensation and high humidity conditions outdoors especially during the early morning, but that's how physics works.
