Cannot recommend highly enough. In an area largely spoiled by enormous hotels the village is a welcome slice of simple local life. The apartment can't be beaten for location, walk to the local beach and immediately alongside the best waterfront restaurants. The village square is delightful and has plenty of options. We should have stayed for months. The apartment itself is big and clean and cool and bright (but with quite effective blackout shutters in the bedrooms). Absolutely no complaints, we will come back as soon as we can find an excuse!

We liked absolutely everything. We were 5 adults and there was more than enough space for everyone. Very nice hosts, a house with a good cozy atmosphere, with everything you need for life. The place is quiet, without neighbors and traffic noise. It is more convenient to get to the sea by car. Nea Fokea beach is very quite decent. However, the owners also advised several places, we really liked it. Special thanks to Maria for the warm welcome and unobtrusive company :)

The property surpassed our exceptions. The host was gracious and accomodating. The apartment was spacious with a full kitchen including every amenity including a beautiful sea view. Very comfortable , great location in town centre and would definitely recommend.

Wood House is a wonderful place! We went on a forest road to the location, but it was not an inconvenience for us. We found a beautifully decorated pine house at our destination. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and spacious living room. Upstairs, there is another bedroom, smaller but very intimate and beautiful. Outside there is a large terrace. Also, for those who want sports activities, there are some of the necessary things. The owners paid attention to absolutely every detail both inside and outside the house. We felt very good in nature and we will definitely return to the location. Thank you for being discreet and giving us privacy!

Boasting a garden, private pool and pool views, Sea Wind Luxury Villa with Private Heated Pool Kassandra Halkidiki is situated in Nea Fokea.

The villa was great. The ground floor has the big living room with a big TV, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, a big dinning table/area, access to the outdoor terrace and to the pool. Upstairs there are 3 double bed bedrooms and 2 baths + a big balcony overlooking the garden and pool. There are 2 additional double bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 kitchen and a living room also with TV at the lower-ground floor but you don't feel it's partially underground as it has natural light coming in. Pool and sunbeds were wonderfull, barbeque area was great too. Very quiet area and you have some good dining options nearby - 10' walking if you want to eat out. There are a few small groceries stores in the area, but you'll probably want to go to the Lidl store that's 10-12' drive from the village. Rafail, our host was very helpful with a lot of information and very responsive when we asked him anything.
