We travelled with our 3 young kids and stayed the week. They aboslutely love hanging out with the animals (goats, chickens, horses etc) with the owners and sitting on the grass terrace (south facing with sun all day) for meals and playing sport. We enjoyed hanging out and doing some small trips to the city.

We loved this place! A beautiful traditional house right in the center of Eguishem, one of the most beautiful villages in France... and it is indeed very beautiful! The house was much larger than expected and was very comfortable for our family of 4. We loved all the little touches and the nice fire place. It felt warm and cozy. The street the house is located in is beautiful and it was so nice to be able to enjoy the village early in the morning before the crowd arrives. As previous reviews mentioned, the allocated parking spot is in a narrow street and it can be a bit tight to park if you have a large car. We had a medium size SUV and had no problem to park. It was nice to have a parking sport right by the house. And yes the stairs to the 2nd floor/3rd floor could be a bit steep for older people, but our teens had no problem.

Featuring free WiFi, Gîte Au Coeur De Ribeauvillé ,features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. There is a seating and/or dining area in some units. Every single detail was there. Xmas tree lit. Lots of space. Warm and cozy. Right on main street. Heating was excellent. Very well equipped. Even an Alsace white wine as a gift, teas and great coffee. Yannick is a great host !!
