Le petit jardin exotique is a holiday home with free WiFi, located in Beausoleil. Offering a small outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub, the holiday home is 1.6 km from Grimaldi Forum Monaco. The location was perfect, the views of Monaco were stunning especially at night. We arrived into Monaco by train and had a taxi take us to the house. Wonderful to walk to and from Monaco the following day. We visited Musee Oceanographique de Monaco, incredible, takes a whole day to appreciate. And also took a peek in the Monte Carlo Casino. The house was very clean, immaculate, comfortable. Fabulous wet room shower

This villa is absolutely stunning in every way. We were met on arrival by their representative (Julian) who went through everything with us. The finishes throughout are to the highest standard and the views, spectacular. So much space and privacy. Air conditioning was magnificent while at the same time, whisper quiet. We had stayed at a different property in Antibes in the week prior to Villa Folie and were eaten by mosquitoes there but no such issues here. The facilities outside are incredible with cooking facilities, American fridge freezer, dishwasher and widescreen TV giving access to internet, Spotify, YouTube etc... Outside dining area and large sofas for lounging on post meal. Toilet and shower facilities co located by the pool as well. We were four but this property can accommodate many more with the option to have your own private quarters. The Gym was incredible with equipment of a very high standard. Also in this separate space was a hot tub, again this area had its own toilet and shower facilities. We have stayed in many villas in this area and this is by far, the best villa in which we have stayed. Well done Villa Folie, keep up the good work because we can't wait to come back!

The owner was very friendly and willing to help out, I would definitely stay there again and it is perfect for leisure and business trips. The owner met us to greet us and show us all about the Villa! would 10/10 recommend.

We loved the location and its proximity to Monaco and Nice. It is remote but a car hire is worth it, half our group did manage with taxis services. The property is huge and had so much space, with more than enough kitchen accessories, coffee machine and other gadgets. Smart TV an WiFi is handy as the mobile reception is not great. We were lucky with the weather and the use of the pool was lucky. There are restaurants 17 minutes walk away in the village. We found the stay excellent.
