Very comfortable 2-bed cottage, quite large. Very quiet location. Good value for money, given we were 3 travelling together. And: exceptional service! We left a coat here, and they were so helpful in bringing it to the bus station and handing it to a driver so that we could pick it up the next day without having to drive all the way back.

The house was perfect for a peaceful location, surrounded by orange gardren. It's comfortable and spacious. Everything you need is provided including bycicles. The sea is a ten-minute walk away. Nastanitev Villa Miramar Kalkan se nahaja v mestu Kas in nudi zunanji bazen, vrt, teraso, brezplačen WiFi ter razgled na mesto. We had a wonderful week at Villa Miramar in Kalkan. The Villa itself was well equipped and had all we needed, a lovely pool and small supermarket and restaurants close by (<5 minutes’ walk) Unfortunately we had an issue with a toilet on the top floor that started on day one, but the owner was fast and helpful and solved the problems short after. Last time we were in Kalkan was in 2017 and a lot happened since. There is huge more offers of restaurants and bars, but the price range has changed to at least >25% during that time, maybe also due to covid in 2020>. We had a very wonderful time in Kalkan and especially in Villa Miramar, that we would recommend at any time.

The house and swimming pool were lovely and we enjoyed our stay there. Everything was clean. The area where it is located is quiet. There are a few small supermarkets in the vicinity, 5-10 mins by car. The owner was very accommodating and recommended us a weekly fruit/vegetable market and nearby beaches.

Great layout, great views, nice kitchen and living room, two bathrooms, washer, large refrigerator, quiet neighborhood off the main road, walkable to area restaurants.
