Beautiful modern house, with all facilities and comfort expected. Garek and Metaksia are lovely friendly people, who are rightly proud of there B&B. You can feel the love and care they have put into it. Always ready to help, we rang them later to help find a petrol station, when we were running out of petrol. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was truly delicious. Homemade, that morning, gata (almond pastries), omlette, sausages, fried potatoes, cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, bread and jams. We were even packed away with the extra pastry for later. This is a gem of a B&B, we thoroughly recommend it.

This was a wonderful home in the small village of Tatev. Karina was a lovely host. We arranged to have a barbecue fish dinner which was plentiful and delicious. I would highly recommend coordinating dinner if you're interested. The included breakfast was also great. The room was spacious and the bathroom was big and clean. There's a small seating area outside the room to relax as well as a covered table outside and a swing. The guest house is a short distance from Tatev Monastery and around the corner is a small market. We were able to keep our bags at the house while we hiked around Tatev for the day. Then Karina and her husband arranged a taxi to take us to Goris late in the day since the only bus leaves early in the morning. I would recommend this guest house for a stay in Tatev.

Alex's b&b is a charming little apartment in their family home, independent and downstairs to their living area. Spotlessly clean, although there are no cooking facilities the kitchen has an electric jug and utensils for eating. The breakfast was delicious. There is also a washing machine, great for a clean up after hiking. Plenty of hot water. Quiet neighborhood.. No barking dogs!The family are kind and welcoming hosts.

Super hospitable and friendly people, parking place in the closed yard. Located in 5 minutes drive from Tatev air tramway. This place is perect if you are keen on communication with locals, the owner is quite famous on YouTube (search for Booze Traveler Armenia). If you'd prefer to stay on your own, here might be a little more attention, than you can expect. Anyway, my mother, whom I had been travelling with, was excited and the local booze is great!

This was hands down one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at. What an absolute gem. Views, location, interior / exterior design were incredible.

I reached the guesthouse only to realise it was full, actually accommodating refugees from Artsakh Karabakh during the Azerbaijan incursion. The host was unable to speak in English but had a big heart to make necessary arrangement for me by putting me up at their home instead. The hostess and the elderly mum are the sweetest Armenians! I was offered a huge room with thick blankets, homemade dinner and a filling breakfast, even the milk and cheese come fresh from a cow which lives beneath their living quarter. Their guesthouse, and home, is not far from the cemetery which affords amazing veiw of Shinuhayr and the surrounding. Their location is also great for day hikes to the abandoned villages Khot (aka Machu Picchu of Armenia), Shinuhayr, and Halidzor. I would come stay with them again if I am back in Shinuhayr.
