It was the most pleasant experience, my hosts Dave & Andrea , were SO friendly..... They were the perfect hosts, and work very hard indeed to accomodate most guests, and most importantly to make their establishment a Covid safe place. My room was spotlessly clean, well ventilated, plenty of mirrors, tea & coffee in room, plenty enough hangers in the wardrobe, much storage space to say it was a single room. Could not fault the shower, easy to use the temperature/flow gauge. TV in room was adequate. Noise is kept to a minimum at night, so a good night's sleep is no problem...!!!👍👍

Breakfast was really good - even catered for my vegan diet! Skegness is not somewhere we visit often, but this hotel definitely exceeded our expectations.
