Rooms were clean and spacious.1.5 litre of water bottle was provided which was great alongwith kettle l, cup and tea bag but no milk. Owner is very friendly and approachable. He will try to help you in anyway. Thank you

The property was beautiful in itself and the room was incredibly comfortable, exactly what we needed for a nights stay. What really stood out was the host, Vincent. He was absolutely wonderful, so helpful and just the sweetest. He even sent an AirTag to make sure we got to the property as easily as possible. In all my time booking accommodation all over the world, I don’t think I e came across as wonderful a host as Vincent. Highly highly recommend.

We were welcomed by our friendly host and shown to very clean and beautifully appointed bedroom and ensuite accommodation. This was a modern house in a modern development, close to a shopping centre, bus routes and small meal outlets so perfect. It was easy to find off the major motorway ring road around the western outskirts of Dublin. Also of note was the excellent security measures for the property and our room.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Butterhouse is a recently renovated guest house situated in Trim, 4.8 km from Trim Castle.

Considering the fact that I did not read his messages due to an Internet failure, and did not see the exact address, he still waited for us and was also polite. We had a wonderful stay! The house is clean, the owner is very kind and the breakfast was diversified. The place is very calm and well located to discover the historical sites around.

Lovely host and brilliant well presented facilities. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room.. Located in a quiet neighbourhood which was great as I was working nightshifts locally. Private car parking was a bonus! Would definitely come back!
