We had such a wonderful stay at Sato-san and her husband. The house in itself and the rooms are absolutely beautiful and the warmth of the place make it feel like home. We wished we would have stayed longer and would come back for sure if we are back in Hakodate.

The house was beautiful, clean and cozy especially during a February winter. Around a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram which wasn't too bad, but also pretty much right next to a grocery which was very convenient!
