Rooms are very nice and clean. Very well located in Jaffna. The railway station is very close to flamingo. Breakfast was very delicious. The front of desk staff was very helpful in arranging food and taxi. Good value of money. I had a fantastic stay at flamingo villa I requested.

The homestay is spotless clean, has a silent well-working AC and a comfy bed. The host is attentive, and gives nice recommendations on what to do in the city and can organise tours for you. The homestay is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood and in walking distance to some of the main sights in Jaffna. The garden is nice and green, feels like a little oasis. The breakfast (upon request) was probably the best breakfast I had in my whole stay in Sri Lanka and I spent a whole month in the country!
