Offering a garden and city view, Villa Egli Ksamil is located in Ksamil, 600 metres from Ksamil Beach and less than 1 km from Coco Beach. The location of apartment is perfect, it is in quiet neighborhood, but really close to center and beach (7 mins by walk). Apartment is very nice, newly equipped, AC, small terrace with table, fridge, freezer, etc. It was very clean. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Egli is amazing host - he is very kind and always helpful. Can't wait to come back :)

Located in Ksamil and only 700 metres from Ksamil Beach, Villa Luan Ksamil provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The location was great, not too far from the center, and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner and his mother are doing a real good job. The room was great, very clean, linen and towels were changed regularly, there was a big balcony with shadow in the morning, so ideal for breakfast. The thing I really appreciated, and I have never seen before, is that they put several products that someone might need and for everybody to use, in the hall. With toilet paper, cleaning products, garbage bags, detergent, a radio, an iron, dustpan and brush. They are also preparing a swimming pool and have enough parking space for 6 cars. They were very considerate. When we were out on a hot day, they changed the bed linen and put on the airco, so when we came back the room was cool.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, 100% highly recommend it. The breakfast was lovely. Amazing proximity, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. They even decorated the room for my birthday FOR FREE. The room was so comfortable and clean. 5 STARS! They made our travel from London very worth it.

Very comfortable and BIG room. It is more like a small apartment. Had a really nice stay. It is some blocks away from the main beaches. The host was very friendly.

The apartment was great, spacious and very clean. The breakfast was good. The property was in a quite and safe area and very close to the market, restaurants and beach. We also had a parking place in the backyard of the property. All the facilities were as we expected. The owners were super nice, helpful and they paid attention to details. Totally recomend! The property was far from the noisy part of the town but in the mean time close to the better restaurants, shops and to the beach. The manager and his sister were really nice and every time we needed something they were there to help. We even booked a boat trip through the agency owned by Denis and the experience was absolutely amazing. Thanks for everything!

I guess everything. Everything is new, clean and practical. The hosts are nice and welcoming. The beach is very close at 2min walking with fair prices and a place to set yourself without paying for sunbeds (since a lot of people are looking for that). The center is also very close, so I would say it's on a perfect location. Away from the crowd and noise, yet very close to everything in walking distance, so you won't bother yourself driving or looking for a parking.
